Pilates mat classes focus on strength, precision, and flow of movement. The teacher will present the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or an advanced pace. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.

Is an interval strength and conditioning class. Interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 second rest for 8 rounds. This class will use a variety of equipment: steps, free weights, resistance bands, bender-balls, and floor work. Each class is different but still a complete full body workout!! This class is for all levels, there are always modifications for the exercises.
