Is an interval strength and conditioning class. Interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 second rest for 8 rounds. This class will use a variety of equipment: steps, free weights, resistance bands, bender-balls, and floor work. Each class is different but still a complete full body workout!! This class is for all levels, there are always modifications for the exercises.

11:00AM to 12:00PM SilverSneakers Classic

SilverSneakers Classic (formally known as “MSROM”) will move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities of daily living through functional training. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball are used for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is appropriate for people who are beginning exercisers, have not exercised in a long time or those with physical issues that do not allow them to stand for long periods of time.

5:30PM to 6:15PM Pilates

Pilates mat classes focus on strength, precision, and flow of movement. The teacher will present the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or an advanced pace. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.

A class is for beginners or advanced students dealing with basic moves, combinations, power moves, mobility, strength and balance. This high energy class will give you a good cardiovascular workout with some strength training for a balanced and fun workout.
