The teacher will present the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or an advanced pace. 9:15AM to 10:15AM Tabata

Is an interval strength and conditioning class. Interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 second rest for 8 rounds. This class will use a variety of equipment: steps, free weights, resistance bands, bender-balls, and floor work. Each class is different but still a complete full body workout!! This class is for all levels, there are always modifications for the exercises.

10:00AM to 11:00AM Kettlebells

This class is strength and conditioning based; utilizing a Russian style of weight (the Kettlebell). Kettlebell training focuses on developing strength and flexibly at a high-intensity level, but don’t be discouraged, all levels are welcome!

Alternating segments of cardio and resistance workouts.  Workouts may be done either in a seated or standing position.

11:15AM to 12:00PM Intro to Stretching

Here is a class that will gently take you through stretching exercises that won’t tie you into a pretzel.  These moves may be done in a seated or standing position.  At this level, the class will not be doing any floor work.
