Tuition Plans

Choose the plan that best fits your needs! All plans require annual registration fee and completion of online forms & waivers.

All plans are available for before and after care, before care only or after care only.

Full-Time plan

The Full-Time plan includes 3-5 days of care per week when school is in session. This plan includes early release days. This plan does not include school out days, snow days or school breaks, discounted fees apply. (D2 families see specific info on the tuition page)

Part-Time plan

The Part-time plan includes 1-2 days of care per week when school is in session - choose which days of the week work best for you! Drop-in fees apply when care is required beyond set amount of registered days. This plan includes early release days. This plan does not include school out days, snow days or school breaks, discounted fees apply.

Drop-In Option

The drop-in option is on a first-come first-served basis. All drop-in fees apply. Reservations and payments must be made 24 hours in advance. Care is not guaranteed.

Maximize your savings when you join the Y! All of our plans have discounted rates when you become a Y member.

Before and After Care drop-in fees

We are happy to have your child attend our program, however we do require 24 hour reservation and full payment of the drop-in fee prior to letting your child attend.

Adventure Days (School out days)

Full payment and 24-hour reservation is required prior to attending an Adventure Day. Two week notice will be given to all families prior to the Adventure Day. You can register at ppymca.org or call the childcare office at 719.329.7289.

Snow Days

To attend on a snow day, you must be a currently registered program participant through one of our Before and After School Programs or be fully registered as a drop-in plan participant.

Late Pick-up

Contact the Site Director by calling the site phone if Late Pick-up will apply. A $10 per 10 minute late fee will be charged for all late pick-ups after 6:01 p.m.
