In order to make the most of your virtual experience, you must first take a “Fit-In” assessment. It provides a basis for your workouts and meals and gives us an idea of your current state of fitness. Before we know where we are going together on this wellness journey, we must first be aware of our starting point. It is a fun, simple set of exercises that can be completed just about anywhere.
Completion of a Fit-In will help us calculate your personal rating, called “MyRating.” MyRating is a numerical value that represents your overall fitness and is determined by a few simple metrics:
1. Your performance on a Fit-In
2. Your weight goals
3. How you compare to others your age and gender
A Rating of 100 indicates average fitness for a user’s age and gender. Typical ranges are 50 – 150.
