Access to all of our indoor pools are included with a YMCA membership. Nonmembers may purchase a day pass for the Cottonwood Creek indoor pool.

*Family Rate is intended for two adults in the same household and four children ages 3-17. Children 2 years old and under are free.

YMCA members may use the facility for free.

*Please note cash is accepted at Cottonwood Creek Recreation Center during our summer season. We are unable to make change so please use exact change only or use another form of payment. In the event exact change is not an option, you can donate the difference to support the Y's financial assistance programs. Thank you!*

Do you give refunds for inclement weather?

Pools will close temporarily for any lightning within 2 miles. At Cottonwood Creek we will give a raincheck if the pool is closed for lightning within 30 minutes of your arrival.

Do you sell Nanny passes? Do I still have to pay if I'm not going to swim?

A nanny does not need to purchase a pass if they are not swimming. All children 6 and under need to have an adult in the water with them.

Can I make a reservation, call ahead or use a "Wait Away" program?

You may make reservations for large groups (20+) and birthday parties. We currently do not have a call ahead or wait away system at our indoor pools. We request two weeks notice for any group reservation larger than 20 and birthday parties.

Can someone else buy my day pass for me before I get there?

As long as the pool is not at capacity, another person can buy your day pass ahead of time if you will be joining them soon. You will need to present a government issued photo ID (if 18+) upon arrival.

Why does my child need a swim band?

Swim bands are part of our method of providing a safe environment for every child. Nonmembers will receive a band daily and will be swim tested daily to be able to use the features that are required for each skill level. Members can wear previously earned neck bands and bring them to the pools. Member bands are determined by the most recent band noted in our system.
