10:00AM to 10:55AM Zumba

Basic Zumba is the perfect choice for those new to Zumba. The class will include all the basics of this salsa based aerobics class in an atmosphere designed for beginners.

11:00AM to 11:55AM SilverSneakers Circuit

Previously known as Cardio Circuit, this class combines fun music with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball alternate with non-impact aerobic choreography. Generally, the first portion of this class is conducted while standing (having a chair nearby for support) and the last portion is done seated, but exercises are designed to be done from either a standing or seated position so participants can work at their own pace the entire class. This class is a level higher in intensity than the Silver Sneaker MSROM class.

Strength and conditioning class designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Weights, bands, stability balls and/or BodyBars will be used.

2:45PM to 3:45PM Indoor Cycling

Classes use stationary bike to simulate techniques professionals use to train for various terrains such as mountains, long flat rides, sprints and even strength and endurance. Indoor cycling is a low impact workout, frequently considered high intensity, but can be easily modified to meet any fitness level. All classes are conducted in our cycling studio which allows participants the ability to truly get into their zone and ride their ride.

A combination of Pilates mat work and yoga movements using the stability ball to enhance the development of core strength.
