This class is strength and conditioning based; utilizing a Russian style of weight (the Kettlebell). Kettlebell training focuses on developing strength and flexibly at a high-intensity level, but don’t be discouraged, all levels are welcome!

9:15AM to 10:15AM Bootcamp

This class will provide a cardiovascular and strength workout by incorporating intervals of aerobic activity (step, floor aerobics, kickboxing and/or athletic drills) with resistance training using weights, bands, stability balls, medicine balls, BodyBars and/or the BOSU Balance Trainer.

10:00AM to 10:55AM Tabata

Is an interval strength and conditioning class. Interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 second rest for 8 rounds. This class will use a variety of equipment: steps, free weights, resistance bands, bender-balls, and floor work. Each class is different but still a complete full body workout!! This class is for all levels, there are always modifications for the exercises.

11:00AM to 11:55AM SilverSneakers Circuit

Previously known as Cardio Circuit, this class combines fun music with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball alternate with non-impact aerobic choreography. Generally, the first portion of this class is conducted while standing (having a chair nearby for support) and the last portion is done seated, but exercises are designed to be done from either a standing or seated position so participants can work at their own pace the entire class. This class is a level higher in intensity than the Silver Sneaker MSROM class.
