Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

11:00AM to 11:55AM SilverSneakers Circuit

Previously known as Cardio Circuit, this class combines fun music with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball alternate with non-impact aerobic choreography. Generally, the first portion of this class is conducted while standing (having a chair nearby for support) and the last portion is done seated, but exercises are designed to be done from either a standing or seated position so participants can work at their own pace the entire class. This class is a level higher in intensity than the Silver Sneaker MSROM class.

Strength and conditioning class designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Weights, bands, stability balls and/or BodyBars will be used.

Basic Zumba is the perfect choice for those new to Zumba. The class will include all the basics of this salsa based aerobics class in an atmosphere designed for beginners.
