Individual Race Cost:

  • April 1 - July 31: $30
  • August 1 - October 14: $35
  • October 15-27: $40
  • October 28: $50

Start Times:

  • 5K begins at 9:30 a.m.
  • 1K Kids Fun Run begins at 10:30 a.m. (free)

Awards for 5K:

  • Immediately following the race
  • Given to top 3 male/female finishers in each age division
  • Awards given for costumes

Ahoy Mateys! A mighty good time's to be had at the 10th annual Creepy Crawl 5k and Kids Fun Run at the spooky yet beautiful Palmer Lake Sante Fe Trailhead! Costumes are encouraged with a TON of prizes ready to reward your creativity. There will be treasure to be had and jams by Woody from the Peak 92.9 FM radio. You'll have a great time while making it possible for our friends and neighbors in need to access membership and programs at the Y.

Packet Pickup and On Site Registration Options:

  • Friday, October 27 from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Colorado Running Company (5262 N Nevada #140)
  • Friday, October 27 from 4-7 p.m. at the Tri-Lakes YMCA
  • Race Day, Saturday, October 28 starting at 8 a.m. at the Palmer Lake Sante Fe Trailhead

On-Site Registration:

We will have on site registration October 28 at the Palmer Lake Sante Fe Trailhead for $50 from 8:00-9:15 a.m. We will be accepting registrations, however, the race shirt is not guaranteed. Anyone registering after 9:15 a.m. may not be chip timed.

9:30 a.m. 5K, 10:30 a.m. 1-mile Kids Run (free, or you may purchase a $10 youth shirt while supplies last!)


Palmer Lake Sante Fe Trailhead. Take I-25 to County Line Road (exit 163) and head west. Continue west for 2.5 miles and just before the railroad crossing, on the left, is the access to the parking lot and trailhead. Additional parking will be available on the north and west side of the lake.


Trailhead parking lots fill up quickly! Additional parking will be available on the north and west side of the lake across from O'Malley's, Tri-Lakes Art Center and over by the baseball field. Please carpool, walk, or ride your bike as parking may be limited due to some construction. When walking from the parking lots to the trailhead, please cross the tracks via the road and crossing guards.

Awards for 5K:

Presented immediately following the race to the top three finishers in each division. Awards will also be presented for the best costumes.
