Joint Health Program

The Joint Health Program at the Y is an evidence-based small group fitness, nutrition and behavioral health intervention designed to facilitate pain relief from achy joints, and serve as a pre-qualifier for surgery. We will help identify small lifestyle changes that each participant can achieve as they progress towards their weight loss and physical activity goals that will facilitate success for pre-op, post-op and lifelong habits. Our goal is to provide positive guidance for healthy living at the right level of pain-free activity for each individual participant.
