  • Working with men and women, implementing fitness plans using the National Posture Institute (NPI) Four Points of Posture™ program and designing fitness programs based on the American College of Sports Medicine medically based fitness plan.

  • My training philosophy and vision is to help men and women get healthy and fit and to have the ability and knowledge to maintain a healthy fitness level. I love helping others achieve an exceptional level of health and fitness and to have fun doing it!

Interests and Achievements:

  • Certified scuba diver, physical fitness, Zumba (taught Zumba/Fitness classes at SMCC Church), Belly Dance, volunteer and charity work, hiking, camping, baseball, reading & research, photography, learning new things, Black Belt – Tang Soo Do.
