  • Exercise should be fun and exciting while you’re learning and accomplishing things you couldn’t do yesterday! I want to provide you with the tools and guidance in exercise and nutrition to build a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle. It is incredibly empowering to build strength and confidence and watch it filter into every aspect of your life!

  • I enjoying traveling, learning new things, working out, listening to music, drinking coffee and reading. My greatest achievement is my family. They are who I strive to be a better person for each and every day.
