Aquatics Center

For one of the most fun and accessible indoor pools in the region, plan on making a splash at the Memorial Park Recreation Center Pool. Recently resurfaced and filled, this aquatic center was designed for enjoyment by all ages. The pool is open for free swim, swim lessons and other Y aquatic programs such as Lifeguard and CPR classes. This amazing site is also available for rent after-hours!

The Memorial Park Recreation Center pool is open year-round (except holidays) and features:

• Indoor 25-yard pool
• Spiral Water slide with catch pool (not open continuously)
• Zero Depth interactive play feature and bubble couch
• Hot Tub
• Men's and Women's locker rooms with showers
• Family Changing room
• Children 6 and younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult 18 or older
• Children ages 7 to 10 must be accompanied by someone 16 years or older.

Healthy Living Center

If you're looking for a place to get a workout in while avoiding crowds, the Memorial Park Recreation Center's Healthy Living Center is the place for you. The minute you step into this hidden gem, you'll love the ample space and quick accessibility to the Paramount weight machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, and recumbent bikes. The Center also has bands and medicine balls for training. Y staff are available 8:00am-11:00am, Mon-Fri. Y staff are also available to design a personalized training programs at an affordable rate. The Healthy Living Center is open to ages 14 and older.

Group Exercise

Come one, come all! Silver Sneakers group exercise classes are offered at Memorial Park Recreation Center! Choose from dryland Muscular Strength and Range of Movement Class to several different Aqua Fitness Classes. Feel better, make friends and thrive in Silver Sneakers at the Y!
