Wellness Coaching

Take advantage of our FREE service designed for new and current members unsure of how to benefit from everything the YMCA offers. We have a variety of options available to help you accomplish your health goals. Your wellness coach will help you determine which options are right for you on your journey to a healthier spirit, mind, and body.

Personal Training & Nutrition Counseling

Your Personal Trainer will assist you with motivation, challenge, change, safety and Accountability or get answers to your questions about fad diets, supplements, disease prevention and more with a one-on-one nutrition counseling with one of our dieticians.
